Normal delivery time to Denmark, Finland and other EU countries is 5-7 working days, to Sweden 1-3 working days. During high season or if the item is temporarily out of stock it may take longer.
We can ship your packages via Fedex to your home/company. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
Shipping costs are around € 14 to Denmark and Finland and around € 20 to other EU countries. The cost of shipping to your country is shown at the checkout.
Complaints and return policy
There is always a one-year guarantee on the products you buy. If you can demonstrate that there are defects in the product, you will always be given new parts irrespective of the guarantee. You pay return shipping. For reimbursement - enter your postal giro, bank, personal account or bank account numbers.
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return undamaged and unused goods to us without stating a reason. Notice of this must be given as soon as possible but no later than fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods (with the exception of special orders).
Damage to the package and not picked up package
If you do not discover the damage before opening the package, and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the item or the carrier's management, you should contact Fedex and make a claim. If the dispute with Fedex cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered but not collected the goods before they are returned to us (after 5 days), you will be charged a € 26 handling charge.
